Workout Wednesday

Try this fat burning metabolic workout. Each exercise is 45 seconds with a 15 second rest in between each exercise. After you’re done, run a sprint on the treadmill for 30 seconds followed by a 30 second rest rest period. Do this for a total of 5 minutes before you start your next round of metabolic exercises. Do this for 3 total rounds!
