Workout Wednesday

Combine unilateral movements (one at a time) with isolated movements as a superset to maximize strength and tone in this arm shaping superset. Do 20 each arm and 20 together with the rope for 4 sets each and feel the burn. Be sure you superset the two bicep exercises together and the two tricep exercises together to maximize the affect with pre exhaustion.
