Thanksgiving Workout

No gym, no problem. Don’t let the fact that the gym is closed on Thanksgiving interfere with your workout schedule. This is a no excuses metabolic workout you can do with no weights, anywhere, anytime.

Here’s a metabolic Thanksgiving workout. Each exercise is 45 seconds long with a rest period of 15 seconds between each exercise.  Complete 3 rounds for a total of 15 minutes. Click link below for video!
