Over and over again I hear people say, “I need to workout to get in shape before being around so many fit people.” If you walk into a class full of fit people, let that motivate you to work harder! If you don’t challenge yourself, you won’t change. People talk about wanting results, but don’t want to put in the work.
If you are so easily discouraged or threatened by the amount of effort that goes into reaching your “goals,” save your breath. Don’t talk about it. Be about it! Anyone who is in shape now was likely out of shape at some point too.
Don’t go in there thinking you’re the best. If you do, you’ll have nothing to work towards.
