Motivational Monday

The first step to success in the gym is failure. Failure sets the bar for what you need to work toward. Each time you accomplish something you once couldn’t, you raise the bar again. Challenge brings change. Don’t let failure derail you. Let failure encourage you to reach that goal so you can set another one. You should reach failure every time you work out to assess where you are and where you’re going. Failure is success!
